1.1. Left Travel Lever
2.1. Right Travel Lever

Normal steering occurs when the final drive sprockets are under the rear of the machine and the track idlers are under the front of the cab. Reverse steering occurs when the cab is over the final drive sprockets. The directional functions and the steering will be reversed. When you travel, make sure that the final drive sprockets are under the rear of the machine.

(1) Left travel lever
(2) Right travel lever

Travel is accomplished by using travel levers (1) and (2).

If you move a travel lever farther in the forward direction, the forward travel speed will increase. If you move a travel lever farther in a backward direction, the reverse travel speed will increase.

Move both of the travel levers equally in the same direction in order to travel straight.

When the travel levers are moved in the reverse direction, the machine will always travel toward the sprockets.

When the travel levers are moved in the forward direction, the machine will always travel toward the track idlers.

Left Travel Lever

REVERSE (1A) - Move the left travel lever backward in order to operate the left track in a reverse direction.

STOP (1B) - Release the left travel lever in order to stop the left track. Release the left travel lever in order to apply the brakes.

FORWARD (1C) - Move the left travel lever forward in order to operate the left track in a forward direction.

Illustration 3g01035011

Spot Left Turn - Move left travel lever (1) backward. Move right travel lever (2) forward at the same time. This will turn the machine quickly to the left.

Pivot Left Turn - Move right travel lever (2) forward. This will gradually turn the machine to the left.

Right Travel Lever

Illustration 4g01035012

REVERSE (2A) - Move the right travel lever backward in order to operate the right track in a reverse direction.

STOP (2B) - Release the right travel lever in order to stop the right track. Release the right travel lever in order to apply the brakes.

FORWARD (2C) - Move the right travel lever forward in order to operate the right track in a forward direction.

Illustration 5g01035013

Spot Right Turn - Move right travel lever (2) backward. Move left travel lever (1) forward at the same time. This will turn the machine quickly to the right.

Pivot Right Turn - Move left travel lever (1) forward. This will gradually turn the machine to the right.
