(1) Lift Eye (2) Maintenance Eye (3) Lift Eye |
Note: Do not use lifting point (2) to lift the shear. Only use this lifting point to lift the jaw.
There is one lifting point (1) at the rear of the shear, and two lifting points (3) on either side of the jaw. The lifting eye (2) on the moving jaw is for removing the moving jaw only. In order to lift the shear, use cables, chains, or straps that are certified for lifting.
Ensure rotation lock (if applicable) is installed on the shear. In order to tie down the shear, use cables, chains, or straps that are strong enough to secure the load. Use the lifting points to tie down the shear.
