Introduction

This special instruction covers the installation procedure for 355-9994 Coupler Lines Gp and 356-0065 Coupler Lines Gp . The two kits will go on M313D, and M315D, M316D, M318D, and M322DHydraulic Excavators.

Do not perform any of the procedures until you have read the information in this publication.

Attach a "Do Not Operate" warning tag or a similar warning tag to the start switch. The tag can also be put on the controls before you service the equipment or before you repair the equipment. These warning tags (Special Instruction, SEHS7332) are available from your AVSpare dealer.

  1. Attach one o-ring seal (7) on both ends of the two elbow's (11) .

  1. Orient all elbows. Refer to Illustration 2.

  1. Attach one elbow (11) to each elbow (9) .

  1. Attach one o-ring seal (7) to the open end of both elbow's (9) .

  1. Attach one nut (10) to the open ends of both elbow's (9) .

    Note: Attach one o-ring seal (5) to hose assembly (3) .

  1. By using one o-ring seal (6) and one reducer assembly (8), attach hose assembly (3) to the nut (10) .

  1. Route the opposite end of hose assembly (3) towards the stick nose.

    Note: Attach one o-ring seal (4) to hose assembly (2) .

  1. Attach hose assembly (2) to the nut (10) .

  1. Route the opposite end of hose assembly (2) towards the stick nose.

  1. Use the cable strap (1) to secure the two hose assemblies.

  1. Attach hose assembly (2) to the nut (10) .

  1. Route the opposite end of hose assembly (2) towards the stick nose.

  1. Use the cable straps (1) to secure the two hose assemblies.
