This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS42297" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Rework Procedure

Replace the current filters from the 276-4765 Filter Group with the following screens that are part of the 295-3823 Screen Group: 295-3827(1), 295-3830(1), 295-3832(1), 295-3833(2), 295-3834(1).

Remove the current filters from the 276-4765 Filter Group. In order to remove the filters, the wing nut retaining devices must first be removed from filter 1 and 2. Remove the wing nuts that retain the former filter assemblies. Carefully remove the former filter assemblies. Slide the filters horizontally or lift the filters vertically in order to remove the filter assemblies. Please see the images below for proper filter identification.

Install the 295-3823 Screen Group on to the machine in the following locations. Carefully install the new screen assemplies. The screens should slide into there respective positions and screens 1 through 3 should be secured with the wing nut retainers. Make sure that the new screen assemplies are secured by the wing nuts. Please see the images below for proper screen identification.
