This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI31223" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI31223" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The 141-6373 Swing Outer Bolt needs to be inspected on certain 345C Excavators due to insufficient tightening torque. The existing swing outer bolt can loosen and drop out.

1) Check the torque of the outer bolt with a torque wrench that is set to 875 Nm. If there is insufficient torque, tighten the bolt to a torque of 1000 +/- 125 Nm. If the bolt was extended before reaching proper torque, replace with a new bolt.
2) If the bolt has already dropped out and lost, install a new bolt tightening to the proper torque.
