Rework Procedure

**Before any repair is performed, measure the weld leg length at the crack location. Submit this information as part of the claim story**

Inspect the loader arms for cracking at two locations: 1)The inside-upper location of the torque tube to the loader arms (see image 1.1.1); 2) The outside-lower location of the torque tube to the loader arms (see image 1.1.2).

If at least one crack is detected in inside-upper location, as in image 1.1.1, proceed with "Reworking Lift Arms with Inside Crack".

If at least one crack is detected in the outside-lower location, as in image 1.1.2, proceed with "Reworking Lift Arms with Outside Crack".

"Reworking Lift Arms with Inside Crack"

1. Remove the weld between A-B, making sure that all the crack is removed. If the crack expands beyond the area between A-B, remove all the crack and proceed (see image 1.2.1).

2. Grind a 45deg bevel in the double plate in the area the weld was removed (see image 1.2.2).

3. Add a weld to fill in the 45deg bevel (see image 1.3.1).

4. Add a 12mm fillet over the root weld (see image 1.3.1).

5. Repeat steps 1-4 on the other side for the inside weld.
