This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI10638" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code.
Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI10638" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The Operation and Maintenance Manual needs to be replaced on certain BH27, BH30 and BH30W Backhoe Work Tools. The original version of the Operation and Maintenance Manual has been updated to provide important information for the regular inspection of the 204-4023 Frame Assembly for the BH27 and BH30 and the 211-1548 Frame Assembly for the BH30W.
The new Operation and Maintenance Manual provides important information about the regular Maintenance Intervals for inspecting the frames, failure to follow the new Maintenance Interval instructions could lead to a use of the machine that might create a risk of personal injury or death.
Regular inspections to this area may result in early identification of damage to the frame, if not detected at early stages this may result in personal injury or death.
It is also known that some non-approved attachments are used on the SSL/MTL causing additional loads to be exerted onto the pin-slot areas, one such attachment is the rear machine outriggers/stabilizer legs.
These types of attachments increase the stress on the backhoe attachment frame.
Non approved attachments of this type should not be used.

The Operation And Maintenance Manual needs to be replaced. The manual is available in multiple languages. Replacement manuals should be ordered using the media number found in the top, right hand corner of the manual and will be in the form of SEBU7537 (English) and S_B_7537 for other languages (the second and fourth position varies according to the language).

If the decal 262-0580 is not already installed as shown in the image on the hose guard then please install as shown. Some of these affected serial numbers may already have the 262-0580 decal installed.

Full manual codes and languages are listed in the rework procedure.
NOTE: When ordering the Operation and Maintenance Manual, S_B_7537, the manual needs to be revision -03 or higher.

The new O&MM gives details for regular inspection of the lower frame area where the locking pins engage. Please point out this inspection detail at the time of handing over the new O&MM to the customer and/or operator. This O&MM covers all 3 models, the BH27, BH30 and BH30W.
Please remove and destroy the existing O&MM and install the new O&MM.
