PROBLEM
The existing front idler may have a structural failure on certain 385B, 385BL, 385C, 385C FS, 385CL, and 385CL MH Excavators. In some high impact applications the idlers rim section deforms causing the tread width to increase and the center flange to wear. There have been cases of the center flange breaking through due to this side wear. |
