When reporting the repair, use "PI31617" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code
and "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI31617" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,
"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

| The hydraulic cylinders need to be replaced on certain 319D Excavators. The rods on the existing boom, stick and bucket hydraulic cylinders can be pitted and or rusted. |

| Replace the cylinders with the equivalent new parts, referring to the procedure in the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, KENR5272. Seal and protect the removed parts and store carefully. Refer to the Parts Disposition section. |
