(1) Tighten the two bolts on the sight glass to the following torque. ... 7 ± 1 N·m (62 ± 9 lb in)

(2) 117-9152 Valve

Vacuum relief cracking pressure ... 0 ± 2 kPa (0 ± 0.3 psi)
Pressure relief cracking pressure ... 70 ± 20 kPa (10 ± 3 psi)

(3) Tighten the plug to the following torque. ... 150 ± 10 N·m (110 ± 7 lb ft)

Note: Apply 4C-9506 Retaining Compound to the threads of the plug before installation.

(4) 7B-3039 Spring

Length under test force ... 26.2 mm (1.03 inch)
Test force ... 15.55 ± 1.25 N (3.496 ± 0.281 lb)
Free length ... 36.5 mm (1.44 inch)
Outside diameter ... 19.8 mm (0.780 inch)

(5) Tighten the plug to the following torque. ... 68 ± 7 N·m (50 ± 5 lb ft)

(6) Tighten the plug to the following torque. ... 75 ± 5 N·m (55 ± 4 lb ft)

Note: Apply 4C-9506 Retaining Compound to the threads of the plug before installation.

(7) The ends of the seals must be intersected in order to complete the seal for the tank.

(8) Apply 4C-9506 Retaining Compound to the diameter of the seal for complete contact with the baffle.

(9) 9J-6379 Disc Spring

Length under test force ... 2 mm (0.08 inch)
Test force ... 270.5 ± 54.1 N (60 ± 12 lb)
Free length ... 2.87 ± 0.20 mm (0.113 ± 0.008 inch)
Outside diameter ... 125.00 mm (4.9213 inch)

(10) Tighten six bolts to the following torque. ... 90 ± 15 N·m (65 ± 10 lb ft)

(11) 5M-7304 Spring

Length under test force ... 78.5 mm (3.09 inch)
Test force ... 928 ± 47 N (209 ± 10 lb)
Free length ... 125.0 mm (4.921 inch)
Outside diameter ... 43.7 mm (1.72 inch)
