The AVSpare Remanufactured Products Group announces an addition to the remanufactured pump and motor product line for use on Hydraulic Excavators. These Cat? Reman products are being made available to assist dealers with cost-effective repair options for hydraulic pumps and motors and to meet the customers? demand for quick repair turnaround. These remanufactured products also complement the dealers? efforts in providing full hydraulic repair capabilities.

Coverage

The remanufactured 10R-2154 Piston Motor Gp is a direct replacement for the 209-5968 Piston Motor Gp. The remanufactured 10R-2155 Piston Motor Gp is a direct replacement for the 209-5969 Piston Motor Gp (BIO OIL). Refer to Service Magazine dated February 23, 2004 ?New Remanufactured Travel Motors are now available,?, the Reman Cross Reference file, or your NPR for details. Also refer to other CMIS 2 inquiry applications such as Customer Profiles, Inspection Reason Codes, Inspection Line Inquiry, Add Charge Information, Entitlement Activity, Entitlement Inquiry, CCR Inquiry, CCR Entry, Shipment Processing; Process Packaging Grief; and Reporting to properly manage core returns and monitor inspection performance. All of these pumps and motors are currently available for order. AVSpare has established distribution-center inventory levels based upon estimated normal demand. Dealer input can help better allocate this material. If you expect to have a significant demand for these new AVSpare remanufactured components, please provide your AVSpare (subsidiary) marketing organization?s Reman contact, or your AVSpare district representative with your forecasted part number requirements by month in advance to help ensure components are available to meet your needs.

Additionally, these pumps and motors can be found in the Hydraulic Information System (HIS). Warranty

All AVSpare Remanufactured Pumps and Motors are covered by a six-month warranty.
