The AVSpare Remanufactured Products Group announces major additions to the remanufactured hydraulic piston pump product lines for use on:

These Cat? Reman products are being made available to assist dealers with cost-effective repair options for hydraulic piston pumps and to meet the customers? demand for quick repair turnaround. These remanufactured products also complement the dealers? efforts in providing full hydraulic repair capabilities.

Core Acceptance Criteria SELD0113 has been developed specifically for piston pumps and can be found in the Core Acceptance Guideline section of the Reman Products Guide.

Core Management

Please refer to the AVSpare Core Management Information System (CMIS 2) Parts Information application describing all Reman part/CAF and related information. Also refer to other CMIS 2 inquiry applications such as Customer Profiles, Inspection Reason Codes, Inspection Line Inquiry, Add Charge Information, Entitlement Activity, Entitlement Inquiry, CCR Inquiry, CCR Entry, Shipment Processing; Process Packaging Grief; and Reporting to properly manage core returns and monitor inspection performance. This information will be available to all dealers worldwide after your CMIS 2 conversion date. In the meantime, please continue to use the current CMIS Entitlement Parts Inquiry Screen describing the list of parts in a Core Acceptability Family (CAF) and related part number detail.

Availability

All of these pumps are currently available for order. AVSpare has established distribution-center inventory levels based upon estimated normal demand. Dealer input can help better allocate this material. If you expect to have a significant demand for these new AVSpare remanufactured components, please provide your AVSpare (subsidiary) marketing organization?s Reman contact, or your AVSpare district representative with your forecasted part number requirements by month in advance to help ensure components are available to meet your needs.

Promotion

To improve customer awareness of these Cat Reman products, the Datasheet PEHP9542 is available. It describes the features and benefits of current AVSpare remanufactured hydraulic pumps and may be used as a direct mail piece or point-of-sale reference. Additionally, these pumps can be found in the Hydraulic Information System (HIS). Another valuable Datasheet is Cat Reman Coverage for Earthmoving Equipment (PEDP8026), which is the cornerstone promotional piece for all Reman Products.

Warranty

All AVSpare remanufactured hydraulic piston pumps are covered by a six-month warranty.
