D7R, D6R, 973C, 963C, 572R, 527 TRACK ROLLER GROUP IMPROVEMENTS

AVSpare now offers new track roller groups standard on the D7R/D6R Track Type Tractors, 973C/963C Track Type Loaders, 572R Pipelayer, and 527 Skidder from the factory.  These roller groups are available also in the parts department for the current and former models.  The new track roller groups have new Duo-Cone^TM Seal Group improved snap ring and improved snap ring groove.

Features/Benefits

*Toric rings are available for extreme cold conditions with a working range ?67F (-55C).

Refer to Attachment I for new and former part numbers for:

Consist of the other components for the new and former roller groups are common.

Serviceability/Adaptability

The former roller groups are canceled and replaced by the new roller groups. The new roller groups, seal group and toric seal can be used on non-current models.  The following are the effective serial numbers of the roller groups from the factory:

The 527 Skidder roller groups will be available beginning of the 3^rd quarter 2005.

Custom Track Service (CTS) 

When performing CTS, refer to the current wear charts for the various models found in the 15^th Edition of CTS Handbook (Media No. PEPK9300-03), or Software program CTS 5.5.
