September 2006 320 - 330C EXCAVATOR REMAN P&M UPDATE 320C & 325C REMANUFACTURED PUMPS TO REPLACE THE UPGRADE TO NEW REPAIR OPTION Announcement
Cat? Reman announces the addition of the
remanufactured pump components to provide a lower cost repair option for
the C series excavators. With the addition of the remanufacturing
program for these pump groups, the more expensive Upgrade-to-New (UTN)
Reman parts will be discontinued. Show/hide table
With this product line
addition, Cat Reman now has the following pump and motors available for
the medium size excavator sales models. Show/hide table
* Note: Although the new equivalents are no longer effective, the Reman components are available for servicing the B series machines. The 10R2154 and 10R2155 are lower cost options that can continue to be used on the B series excavators. They should not be used on the C series excavators. Refer to SEPD0722 dated 2/23/2004 for more information. Cat Reman products are offered to complement the existing dealer repair options. Piece parts are available to allow dealers to economically rebuild these pumps. When dealer resources are constrained or customers need faster turnaround, Cat Reman offers off-the-shelf availability and consistent high quality to provide the dealer another cost-effective repair option for hydraulic components. Additional projects are underway to expand the Reman hydraulic options for other components on these sales models and will be communicated soon.
