ADDITIONAL REMAN HYDRAULIC OPTIONS FOR OFF-HIGHWAY TRUCKS, WHEEL LOADERS, AND TRACK TYPE TRACTORS

Announcement

Cat? Reman announces the release of Remanufactured Hydraulic Rods and Cylinders as well as additional Remanufactured Pumps and Motors for various sales models. Refer to the model matrixes below to see which components are or soon will be available by sales model. During the initial product introduction, many orders for Reman components may be filled with new to seed the Reman introduction as per Reman policies. For more information refer to the Parts Availability Section below.

Cat Reman products assist dealers with cost-effective repair options to meet customers' demand for quick repair turnaround. Additional product offerings are under development. Please consult the AVSpare? NPR in SISWEB () or the Cross Reference link on the Reman Dealer Extranet ¹ for product coverage and cross-reference.

Parts Availability Commitment

As stated in SELD0122 Policies and Core Management, AVSpare is committed to lead the industry in overall parts availability and customer service. AVSpare may fulfill this commitment by using new parts or components to help satisfy demand for Remanufactured Products.

The Antares EZ-21 screen should be used to determine where Reman parts orders CAN be filled with new (seeded). Te msg column on the far right side of the screen can be used as the indicator. The message codes used have the following meaning:

REE- indicates a Reman equivalent part is available for the New part number
RMN- indicates the Reman part is set up to "Fill with New" if Reman is not available

If the field is blank or has any other message, the Reman part is not set up for "fill with new".

Also refer to other CMIS 2 inquiry applications such as Customer Profiles, Inspection Reason Codes, Inspection Line Inquiry, Add Charge Information, Entitlement Activity, Entitlement Inquiry, CCR Inquiry, CCR Entry, Shipment Processing; Process Packaging Grief; and Reporting to properly manage core retruns and monitor inspection performance. This information will be available to all dealers worldwide after your CMIS 2 conversion date.
