NEW Clamp Master Links for D3 and D4 machines
A new Clamp Master Link is available for the following specific machine models:
Low Sprocket Tractors D3C/G/K, D4C/G/K
The key feature of the clamp master link on SystemOne
TM Undercarriage is the ability to easily remove the track. The clamp master can be taken apart by removing the bolts from the master link instead of requiring tooling to press the link on or off. The master link retains the same unique SystemOne ?straight? link design and provides unmatched reliability and durability of SystemOne Undercarriage.

Parts are now available in Morton for the D3/4 SystemOne Clamp Master links.
Shoe Information
There is a 635mm master shoe available that is clipped. For all other shorter width shoes, the standard shoe has the same bolt hole pattern and does not need a clip, therefore those are used (i.e. the 243-2693 & the 235-2559 serve as both standard and master shoes).

Bolt Torqueing Procedure
It is important to follow the bolt torque turn procedure in order to ensure a healthy bolted joint. Refer to REHS2220.
Torque Turn:
Pretorque = 225 +/- 25 N-m plus turn
Turn = 1 turn, 120deg +/- 5deg
