NEW D6H/R/T SYSTEMONE RELIEVED TREAD IDLER (RTI)
An improved Relieved Tread Idler is now
available through the parts system. It is also being used on all current
production tractors.

Benefits
Relieved Tread Idler:
? RTI eliminates idler and link contact near the bushing seal; with the former CTI, this contact often resulted in dry joints due to thrust bias wear.
? Contact surfaces of the RTI and link are both hardened steel, which decreases thrust wear rate.
? Relieved OD of the RTI reduces material packing pressure near bushing seals.
The new Relieved Tread Idlers will cancel replace the current Center Tread Idlers (CTI) currently used on D6T machines.

Note:
Relieved Tread Idlers are not recommended for use with Double Flange
Rollers.
