Summary
New track roller groups
are now used on the machines listed above. The new track roller groups have
a decreased internal diameter on the end collar in order to increase the
contact pressure on the o-ring seal. The o-ring seal has been relocated
further underneath the track roller frame. The cross section of the o-ring
seal has also been increased for better seal ability in colder weather. A
larger diameter shaft will resist deflection better, keeping the seals in
place for longer periods of time.

A new wear
chart is required since the inside diameter has decreased due to the larger
diameter roller shaft, see table on next page. The new track roller will
only have the seals available for service.
These
rollers are maintenance free and serviced as a group only.
