NEW TRACK ROLLERS FOR TRACK SKIDDERS
New track rollers are available for the following Track Skidder models:
D4H TSK
D5H Custom Skidder
D5H TSK
517 TSK
527 TSK
The new track roller is a standardization of "Medium Size" track rollers for use with Sealed and Lubricated, Hybrid (Enhanced SALT), and Heavy Duty track. The new design separates the mounting caps from the seal collar to eliminate flexing in the collars and avoid oil loss. These rollers are maintenance free and serviced as a group only.
Part Number Information
The attached table includes what should be used to select the correct replacement parts for the track roller groups, rim assemblies (shells), and shafts. Replacement of track roller groups, rim assemblies (shells) or shafts will be service replaced by an entire track roller group. Each new roller group requires; two (2) caps, four (4) bolts, and four (4) washers.
