MADE TO ORDER (MTO) TRACK GROUP PROGRAM (NACD ONLY)

The Made to Order Track Group Program enable dealers to place stock orders for selected track groups.  It is a new program primarily for NACD dealers.

?        Factory assembly improves quality

?        Saves customer labor expenses and improves dealer track shop utilization

?        Reduced price, track group price reduced 5% at D/N and SCP price levels (when compared to July 2000 price list)

?        Merchandising and Focus Programs applicable: All current programs can be used.

?        Available through dealer stock orders

?        Allows dealers to be more competitive

?        D6R/H, D7R/H, D8R/N, D9L, D9R/N, D10R/N, D11R/N

?        320C through 345B Hydraulic Excavators

?        D7G, D8K, D9H

Track Group List

See Attachment I for a current list of track group part numbers by model.  New track groups will continue to be added to the program, check on the NACD Infocast at (https://nacd.cat.com/infocast/frames/prodsupp/uc/mto/) for updates to the attached list.

Ordering Procedure 

Dealers should place stock orders through the ANTARES System, allowing 2 to 3 weeks for lead-time, depending on which Cat Parts Distributions Center services your stock orders.  Emergency orders will not be accepted for this program.

Method of Procuring MTO Track Groups

?        Track groups will be assembled and painted after order is received

?      D11R/N track groups are shipped unpainted

?        Shipped in the next available stock shipment

?        No Track group inventory in Morton at this time

Help/ Future Direction of Program
