When the ECM detects an abnormal condition for a certain component in the system, a diagnostic code will be activated for the component. When the ECM activates a diagnostic code for your machine, refer to the corresponding procedure in the Troubleshooting section of this manual for the specific troubleshooting procedure.

The following diagnostic code list is for machines with serial number ranges:
