Start By:

  1. Release the hydraulic system pressure.

  2. Remove the seat.

  1. Drain hydraulic oil. Refer to Operations and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  2. Remove bolts (1) and plate (2). Lift floor mat (3) and position floor mat (3) out of the way.

  3. Relocate floor plate assembly (4). Disconnect harness assembly (5) from floor plate assembly (4).

  4. Remove fasteners (6) and hose guard (7).

  5. Remove clips (9) and seal (8). Remove bolts (11) and plate (10).

  6. Cut cable straps (12).

  7. Disconnect hose assembly (13) and hose assemblies (15). Loosen hose clamp (14) and disconnect hose (16).

  8. Loosen hose clamp (17) and disconnect hose (19).

  9. Disconnect hose assembly (18) and hose assemblies (20).

  10. Disconnect hose assembly (21).

  11. Remove cover (22) and cover (23).

  12. Remove fittings (25) from valve (24). Feed the hydraulic hoses down through the floor.

  13. Disconnect harness assembly (26).

    Note: Do not latch the hood once cable assembly (28) is disconnected from hood latch assembly (27). Hood latch assembly (27) is not accessible when the hood is closed.

  14. Disconnect cable assembly (28) from hood latch assembly (27).

    Note: The temporary piece of wire will unlatch the hood if the hood is shut during the removal of the canopy.

  15. Connect a temporary piece of wire to hood latch assembly (27).

  16. Disconnect sending unit (28).

  17. Use Tooling (A) to remove storage box (30). The weight of storage box (30) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Remove bolts (29) and storage box (30).

  18. Cut the cable strap and disconnect harness assembly (31).

  19. Disconnect ground strap (32).

  20. Remove nuts (33).

  21. Disconnect cable assemblies (35) from cover assembly (34).

  22. Disconnect harness assembly (36). Remove bolt (37) and reposition shifter rod assembly (38).

  23. Disconnect three rod assemblies (39) .

  24. Disconnect hose assemblies (40), (41), (42), and (43).

  25. Disconnect hose assemblies (44) and (45) from valve assembly (46).

  26. Disconnect harness assemblies (47) and (49) from roof assembly (48).

  27. Remove bolts (50) and roof assembly (48).

  28. Attach a suitable lifting device to canopy (51). The weight of canopy (51) is approximately 590 kg (1300 lb).

  29. Remove nuts (52), nuts (53) and canopy (51).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install canopy (51) in the reverse order of removal.
