- Raise the bucket. Install cylinder lock (1).

Illustration 2 g02901645 - Remove nuts (3) and fender (2). Place suitable cribbing (4) between the front axle and the frame on each side of the machine. This action will keep the front axle from oscillating.

115 kg (254 lb) . Remove lug nuts (5). Remove tire and rim (6).

- Install tire and rim (6) in the reverse order of removal.
- Apply one drop of Tooling (C) to the threads of lug nuts (5).
- Tighten lug nuts (5) to a torque of
460 ± 60 N·m (340 ± 44 lb ft) in a star pattern.
