  1. Loosen lug nuts (1). Do not remove lug nuts (1) at this time.

  2. Use Tooling (A) to raise the rear of the machine. Position Tooling (B) under the rear axle. Lower the machine onto Tooling (B).

  3. Secure tire and rim (2) to a suitable power truck. Remove lug nuts (1) (not shown). Use the suitable power truck to remove tire and rim (2). The weight of tire and rim (2) is approximately 175 kg (386 lb).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install tire and rim (2) in the reverse order of removal.

      Note: Clean all studs and lug nuts (1).

    1. Apply one drop of Tooling (C) to the threads of lug nuts (1).

    2. Tighten lug nuts (1) to a torque of 460 ± 60 N·m (340 ± 44 lb ft). Use a star pattern to tighten lug nuts (1).
