1. Install rods, washers, and nuts (35) into inlet control manifold (11).

2. Install O-ring seal (32) and O-ring seal (28) in swing control valve (10). Install cover (29). Install lock washers (31) and bolts (30). Tighten bolts (30) to a torque of 10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in). Install check valve (23). Tighten check valve (23) to a torque of 122 ± 12 N·m (90 ± 8 lb ft). Install O-ring seal (24). Install cover (25). Install lock washer (26) and bolts (27). Tighten bolts (27) to a torque of 10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in).

3. Install the O-ring seals and swing control valve (10).

4. Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for boom control valve (9).

5. Install the O-ring seals and spacer (34).

6. Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for right control valve (8) and left control valve (7).

7. Install the O-ring seals and spacer (33).

8. Perform Steps 2 and 3 for bucket valve (4), arm valve (5), and auxiliary valve (6).

9. Install O-ring seal (22) and O-ring seal (17) into auxiliary control valve (3). Install cover (19) and bolts (21). Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of 10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in). Install the O-ring seal and check valve (15). Tighten check valve (15) to a torque of 122 ± 12 N·m (90 ± 9 lb ft). Install O-ring seal (16). Install cover (18) and bolts (20). Tighten bolts (20) to a torque of 10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in).

10. Install the O-ring seals and auxiliary control valve (3).

11. Repeat Step 9 and Step 10 for auxiliary control valve (2).

12. Install solenoid assemblies (14). Tighten solenoid assemblies (14) to a torque of 27.2 ± 1.4 N·m (240.74 ± 12.40 lb in).

13. Install nuts (13). Tighten nuts (13) to a torque of 6.1 ± 0.7 N·m (53.98 ± 6.19 lb in).

14. Install output valve (1) and the O-ring seals.

15. Install nuts (12) and the washers. Tighten nuts (12) to a torque of 100 ± 10 N·m (74 ± 7 lb ft).
