Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the rotator motor and manifold.

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before you begin the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the components should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected always.

1. Remove bolts (2) and manifold assembly (1).

2. Remove O-ring seals (3).

3. Remove cap assemblies (6), O-ring seals (7), adapter assemblies (8), O-ring seals (9), O-ring seals (10), valves (5), and pressure valve (4) from the manifold.

4. Remove plugs (12) and O-ring seals (11) from the manifold.

5. Remove plug (14) and O-ring seal (13) from the manifold.

6. Remove set screw (15).

7. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove gear (16). Remove gear (16).

8. Remove mounting ring (18) from rotator motor (17).
