1.1. Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the hydrostatic drive motor.
- Remove bolts (1), control housing (2), spring guide (4), spring (3), and gasket (5).

- Remove bolts (12), solenoid (13), O-ring seal (14), and spool (15) from control housing (2).
- Remove plug (16), O-ring seal (17), and shuttle valve (18) from control housing (2).
- Remove plug (19), O-ring seal (20), and orifice (21).
- Remove plug (26), O-ring seal (25), and orifice (24).
Note: Orifice (21) and orifice (24) are not interchangeable.
- Remove plug (22) and O-ring seal (23).

- Remove bolts (35) and piston head (34) from motor housing (27).

- Remove plug (40), O-ring seal (41), and spring (42).
- Remove plug (46), O-ring seal (45), spring (44), and spool (43).
- Remove loop flushing valve (48) and O-ring seal (47).

- Remove hold down screw (55), valve segment (54), and gasket (53) from piston head (35).
- Remove setting lug (52) from servo piston (51). Remove servo piston (51) from piston head (35).
- Remove servo piston head (56). Remove seal group (57) from servo piston head (56).

- Remove synchronizing shaft assembly (59).
- Remove alignment pins (58).

- Remove shaft locking screw (67) and O-ring seal (66).
- Press shaft assembly (64) out of housing by pressing the front face of shaft.
- If replacing piston rings (65), use a small pair of expanding pliers to remove them.
