  1. Install four bolts (50) in the flywheel which connect the flexible coupling to the flywheel. Make sure that the bolts in the flywheel are properly aligned with the holes in the flexible coupling on the main hydraulic pump.

  1. Install the motor mounts in the original locations which were marked prior to disassembly. Tighten four bolts (49) to a torque of 270 ± 40 N·m (199 ± 30 lb ft).

  1. Install bolts (48) which fasten the engine flywheel housing to the main hydraulic pump.

  1. Disconnect the lifting device, and remove all of the tooling.

  1. Install sheet (44). Install upper sheet assembly (46), and install lower sheet assembly (47). Install two cable clips (43), and fasten the wiring harness with tie straps (45) .

  1. Install sheet assembly (42) below the engine. The sheet assembly is part of the bottom guard group.

  1. Secure battery cables (41) with washers and spacers (40), and bolt (39 ). Connect electrical plug (38) .

  1. Install the wire and screw (37) on the starter.

  1. Secure the plastic cover to the starter with screw (36). Install two wires and the nut on terminal (34). Slide the rubber boot onto the terminal. Secure the wiring harness with the clip, the spacer and bolt (35) .

  1. Use two screws (32) to fasten the two wires to the switch. Connect electrical plug (31), and secure the wiring harness with four tie straps (33) .

  1. Install bolts (29) and (30). Connect electrical plug (28) .

  1. Install the wire, the nut, and the boot on terminal (27) on the alternator. Connect two electrical plugs (26) and (26a) .

  1. Use screw (25) to secure two wires to the alternator. Secure the wire and the clip with bolt (24) and the spacer.

  1. Connect the wiring harness, and install the boot on terminal (23). Use a tie strap (22) to fasten the wiring harness to the guide for the oil level gauge.

  1. Connect electrical plug (21). Install the wiring harness, the bolt and spacer (18) on the mounting block. Install bolt (19) which fastens ground strap (20) to the engine cylinder block.

  1. Install bolts (15) in order to fasten bracket (17) to the governor housing. Install two cables (16) from the governor control. Tighten nuts (14) on the bracket on the engine flywheel housing.

  1. Connect hose clamp (13) to the bracket. Connect two hoses (12), and tighten two hose clamps (11) .

  1. Connect two hoses (10), and tighten hose clamps (9) .

  1. Install sheet assembly (8), and install sheet (7). Install hose (6), and tighten two hose clamps (5) .

  1. Install the hose, and tighten hose clamp (3). Install the bolts (2) in order to secure pipe assembly (4) .

  1. Install cover (1) which is located over the main control valve.

End By:

  1. Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Radiator - Install".
  2. Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Muffler - Install".
