- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to blade cylinder (4). The weight of blade cylinder (4) is approximately
64 kg (141.2 lb) . - Move blade cylinder (4) into position.

Illustration 2 g00820524 - Install shims (6) in the original locations at both ends and on both sides of the blade cylinder. Install pin assemblies (5) at each end of the blade cylinder. Secure pin assemblies (5) with retaining bolts.

Illustration 3 g00820497 - Place cover (3) in position on the blade cylinder. Use bolts (2) to secure the cover on the blade cylinder. Connect hose assemblies (1). Tighten hose assemblies (1) to a torque of
108 ± 10 N·m (80 ± 7 lb ft) . - Refer to Steps 1 through 4 for the remaining blade cylinder.
