Installation Procedure

Note: Prior to installation, check all components for wear or damage. Replace components, if necessary.

1. Install selector valve (4) in position on the cab floorplate. Install two bolts (16) and the washers to selector valve (4). Connect five assemblies (18), (19), (20), (21), and (22) to selector valve (4). Install locknut (17), the bolt, and the washer on selector valve (4). Tighten locknut (17) to 12.5 ± 2.5 N·m (111 ± 22 lb in).

2. Connect hose assemblies (11), (12), (13), (14), and (15) to selector valve (4) .

3. Connect hose assemblies (8), (9), and (10) to selector valve (4) .

4. Connect two wires (5) to neutral switch (7). Connect hose assemblies (1), (2), (3), and (6) to selector valve (4).

5. Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank. Fill to the proper level, if necessary. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the correct oil type and the proper oil level.
