1.1. Assembly Procedure
- Install O-ring seal (27), guide assembly (28), shims (29), piston (30), pin (31), ring (32), O-ring seal (34), flow control valve (35), O-ring seal (36), and plug assembly (37). Tighten guide assembly (28) to a torque of
35 ± 4 N·m (26 ± 3 lb ft) . Tighten flow control valve (35) to a torque of215 ± 25 N·m (159 ± 18 lb ft) . Tighten plug assembly (37) to a torque of23 ± 2 N·m (204 ± 18 lb in) .Show/hide tableIllustration 2 g02152274 - Install orifices (24), O-ring seals (25), and plug assemblies (26) into load control valve (1). Tighten orifices (24) to a torque of

- Remove O-ring seals (16), (17), (19), (20), and (23). Remove ring seals (18) and (21). Tighten valve body (22) to a torque of

- Remove valve (10), spring (11), O-ring seal (12), and plug assembly (13) into load control valve (1).

- Install poppet (2), poppet (3), retainer (4), spring (5), guide (6), spacers (7), O-ring seal (8), and plug (9) into load control valve (1).
