Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the hydraulic tank.

1. Remove bolts (1), flange assembly (2), and pipe (3).

2. Remove pipe (3) and O-ring seal (5) from flange assembly (2).

3. Remove switch assembly (4).

   Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force. Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment. Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

4. Remove bolts (6) and cover assembly (7).

5. Remove cap assembly (8).

6. Remove spring (9) and screen assembly (10).

7. Remove bolts (13) and cover assembly (14).

8. Remove bolts (11) and cover (12).

9. Remove O-ring seal (15) from screen (16).

10. Remove screen (16), nut (17), guide (20), and nut (19) from rod (18).

11. Remove filter assembly (21).

12. Remove bolts (22), housing assembly (23), and the O-ring seal.

13. Remove retaining ring (27), handle (26), and element (24).
