Start By:

  1. Remove the bucket. Refer to, "Bucket - Remove".

  1. Position stick (1) onto suitable cribbing. Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release".

  1. Remove nut (2) and bolt (3). Remove pin (4). Remove any shims that may be present.

  1. Remove nuts (7) and bolt (5). Remove right side link (6). Remove any shims that may be present.

  1. Remove pin (9). Remove link and bearing assembly (10). Remove left side link (8) .

  1. Use Tooling (A) in order to remove bearings (11) and (12) from link and bearing assembly (10) .

Installation Procedure

  1. Lower the temperature of bearings (11) and (12). Use Tooling (B) in order to install bearings (11) and (12) .

  1. Position link and bearing assembly (10). Install left side link (8) and pin (9) .

  1. Install any shims that were present during the removal procedure. Install right side link (6). Install bolt (5) and nuts (7) .

  1. Install any shims that were present during the removal procedure. Install pin (4). Install bolt (3) and nuts (2) .

  1. Remove stick (1) from the suitable cribbing.

End By: Install the bucket. Refer to , "Bucket - Install".
