1.1. Removal Procedure

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release".

Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes in order to prevent fluid loss and to keep contaminants from entering the system.

  1. Remove bolts (1) .

  1. Remove bolt (2). Remove guard (3) .

  1. Remove bolts (4) and pedals (5) .

  1. Remove bolts (7) and levers (6) .

  1. Disconnect hose assemblies (8). Remove fittings (9) and (10). Remove solenoid valve (11) from pilot valve (12) .
