Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the front idler, the recoil spring, and the hydraulic track adjuster. Refer to, "Front Idler, Recoil Spring and Hydraulic Track Adjuster - Remove".
- Remove bolts (1). Use two people in order to remove idler assembly (2). The weight of idler assembly (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

- Use two people in order to position idler assembly (2). The weight of idler assembly (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (1) and install bolts (1) .
