Positioning the bucket linkage for welding (1) Bucket Linkage (2) Stick Assembly | |
- Remove bucket and position the linkage so that is arranged furthest away from the stick assembly. Lower the stick assembly onto a wooden block at a comfortable height for welding. Refer to KENR9862 for system pressure release procedure. Turn off the engine and battery isolator switch.

(5) Loctite 9460 Hysol Epoxy Structural Adhesive or equivalent - After the weld has cooled, apply epoxy (5) on plates (3) and (4) as shown in Illustration 4. Touch up paint after epoxy dries.
