A New Multi Combined Function - Work Tool Valve (MCV) is Now Used on Certain Wheeled Excavators {5064}

Description of Change: A new multi combined valve is now used. This change will improve the adjustment of the pressure and flow characteristics for work tools that operate with one-way flow.
Adaptable To: Refer to Table 1 below for a list of adaptable and effective models.

The new 358-9923 Multi Combined Valve is a direct replacement for the 334-7446 Combination Valve Gp .
The former 334-7446 Multi Combined Valve can also be upgraded by performing the following steps.
- Disconnect the machine electrical harness from 345-0785 Solenoid and Relief Valve Gp (2) .
- Replace 345-0785 Solenoid and Relief Valve Gp (2) by 359-9469 Plug As (4) .
- Replace 216-9510 Check Valve Gp (1) by 291-4623 Solenoid and Relief Valve Gp (3) .
- Reconnect the machine electrical harness to newly installed 291-4623 Solenoid and Relief Valve Gp (3) .
- Perform the One-Way Flow test in Testing and Adjusting Manual, RENR9465, "Hydraulic System - Setup - Control Valve (Combined Function)".
